HOW IT WORKS

Not Just Alerts. Verified Intelligence

Most safety platforms rely on unverified reports that can create confusion or unnecessary panic. Real-Time Alert is built differently. Every report goes through a structured verification process before it reaches users.

By combining real-time user input with AI analysis, the platform helps ensure that alerts are based on credible information. This allows individuals, families, and communities to respond with clarity and confidence.

Step 1: Report a Threat

Real-Time Reporting Starts With the User

When something suspicious or dangerous is observed, users can submit a report instantly through the app with a single tap.

Users select the type of alert they are reporting, such as:

  • Active violence
  • Weapon threat
  • Suspicious person or package
  • Other

The moment a report is submitted, the system begins processing the information.

Step 2: Our Artificial Intelligence Analysis

Immediate Review of Submitted Evidence

Once a report is submitted, the system analyzes the data in real time.

AI reviews images and supporting input to detect:

  • Weapons
  • Suspicious objects
  • Potential threat indicators

Each report is assigned a confidence score based on the likelihood that the threat is valid.

Step 3: User Notification

Alerts Delivered When They Matter Most

Once a report reaches a verified threshold of 300 feet, users in the affected area are notified immediately.

Notifications are based on proximity, ensuring that alerts are relevant and actionable. This allows users to make informed decisions in real time.

Step 4: First Responder Support

Providing Critical Information Before Arrival

When a high-confidence threat is identified, relevant information can be routed to appropriate authorities.

This may include:

  • Photo evidence
  • Location data
  • Confidence level
  • Supporting analysis

By providing this information early, response teams are better prepared before arriving on site.

Common Questions About How It Works

Is Real-Time Alert a replacement for emergency services?

No. Real-Time Alert is a supplemental tool. In an emergency, users should always contact local emergency services directly. Once an alert is created users will be able to click the 911 button within the app or dial 911.

Everyone can view alerts that have been created on the main map for 3 hours. Users within 300 feet of a created alert will receive an alert.

The system uses AI analysis and multiple data points to filter out suspicious or misleading submissions. Coming this fall.

Users within 300 feet of an alert or users that have created a safety zone and there is an alert within that safety zone.

High-confidence alerts may be routed with supporting data to assist response teams when integration with local emergency services is available.
