By downloading, accessing, or using the Real-Time Alert application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Real-Time Alert is a community safety information platform that allows users to submit and receive alerts about potential threats in their vicinity. The App is a supplemental safety tool only and is NOT a replacement for calling 911 or contacting professional emergency services.
3. No Emergency Service
REAL-TIME ALERT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE.
Always call 911 in an emergency. Do not rely solely on this App for your safety. Real-Time Alert, Inc. makes no guarantee that alerts will be delivered, received, or acted upon in any specific timeframe.
4. User Conduct
By using the App, you agree to:
- Submit only truthful, good-faith reports of genuine threats
- Not submit false, misleading, or malicious reports
- Not attempt to manipulate, flood, or abuse the alert system
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform and may be reported to law enforcement.
5. User Submitted Content
By submitting photos, reports, GPS data, or any other content through the App, you grant Real-Time Alert, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, analyze, and share that content for purposes of operating the service, including sharing with law enforcement and security professionals as appropriate.
6. AI Verification
The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze submitted content and assign Confidence Scores. These scores are automated assessments and do not constitute professional security evaluations. Real-Time Alert, Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI analysis.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL-TIME ALERT, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, including but not limited to damages arising from missed alerts, false alerts, or delayed notifications.
8. Law Enforcement Cooperation
Real-Time Alert, Inc. may share user data, photos, GPS coordinates, and alert information with law enforcement agencies in response to legal process or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Real-Time Alert, Inc. provides SMS notifications including account verification codes, safety alerts, and service announcements to users who have opted in to receive communications.
Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies based on account activity and safety alert notifications. You may receive recurring messages.
Message and Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-Out Instructions:
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP to any message.
Carrier Liability:
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
