ABOUT US

Built With Purpose. Designed for Real-World Safety.

Born from a Moment. Built for Every One That Follows.

Across the country, a painful pattern keeps repeating. A crowd gathers. Something goes wrong. And afterward, the same questions echo — how did no one see this coming? Why weren’t the right people warned in time?

Security experts point to a failure of coordination. Too few eyes. Too little communication between public bystanders, private security teams, and law enforcement. A crowd of thousands — each carrying a powerful smartphone — and no way to instantly channel what they were seeing to the people who could act on it.

On 9/11/25 — a date already etched into the American conscience as a call to never be caught unprepared again — our founder, Lee Jones, sat with those questions. And in a moment of clarity, the answer became obvious.
What if every person in that crowd could be a set of eyes? What if their phones could instantly deliver verified intelligence to the security teams who needed it most — before the unthinkable happened?

Real-Time Alert, Inc. was founded that morning — on a single conviction: that the technology already in our pockets should be making every community safer, every gathering more protected, every emergency response faster.

Our Story

A Clear Need for Faster, Smarter Communication

Real-Time Alert was founded on the belief that faster access to reliable information can change outcomes.

In large public settings and everyday environments, people often see important details but have no direct way to share that information with the right individuals in real time. This gap can delay awareness and limit response.

The idea behind Real-Time Alert is simple. Give people a way to report what they see, verify that information, and deliver it to others who need to know, including those responsible for safety and response.

Our Mission

Make Reliable Safety Information More Accessible

The mission of Real-Time Alert is to provide a system where individuals, families, and organizations can access verified safety information when it matters most.

This includes:

  • Encouraging responsible reporting
  • Reducing misinformation
  • Supporting faster and more informed decisions

The focus is on clarity, reliability, and practical use in real situations.

Our Approach

Combining Community Input With Intelligent Analysis

Real-Time Alert is built on a structured process that combines human awareness with technology.

  • Users submit reports based on what they see
  • The system analyzes and evaluates the information
  • Verified alerts are shared with relevant users
  • High-confidence data can support response teams

This approach allows the platform to deliver information that is both timely and more reliable.
